Shouldn't the 9630 version be changed? Seeing as 5.0.0.484 is a release? You have the beta as an older version than the Sprint OS.

I was unable to find the packaged version of 5.0.0.484 but you can upgrade via the blackberry website.

Sorry, my bad, in haste of typing I left out the key word there... "not".

.490 has not been released. May never be, as is explained dozens of times elsewhere in this thread.
You asked, "how did we learn about the 490 release?", and it has not been.

well, somebody knows it exists. it hasnt been released, but where did the .490 come from?

i can imagine a webmin seeing the build number in a servers client logs, but other than that how do we know about .490?

But we're not in the habit or routine of detailing where each release number comes from.
