The ability to run "Enterprise Activation" is on every BlackBerry, even those without a data plan. As Jsconyers suggested, please supply a lot more information.

As mentioned, Enterprise Configuration is available on every BB. Do you have a BlackBerry data plan from Telus? Do you receive your work e-mail on your device? Have you downloaded any applications from App World?

What makes you believe the device has been compromised? The out of memory error happens to older BlackBerry devices a lot. Also, if you're viewing pages that are not mobile friendly, they may not load or may be too large to view on the BB. Be as detailed as possible, please.

By chance, do you connect your BlackBerry to your PC and use Desktop Manager?

What is the exact message that pops up after a battery pull. Word for word.
