Default Blackberry outage in Europe? (23 okt)

Any info if the BES network is malfunctioning today in Europe? (Belgium) we have to activate a couple of blackberries, some do not start, and others look to just stop activating in the middle of the activation process....

Your BES is independent of BlackBerry infrastructure. What do the devices show for connection status?
