I currently have my work emails redirected to my BB using the redirector when not connected to my work pc. I know that it goes into the message folder but so does my gmail. Is there a way to separate the two accounts? Or is there a way to create a new folder on my BB and have my work email go in that folder and I have my gmail folder so that I can just hide the messages folder.

Yes, use Empower BES Email to separate out your BES mail to its own folder.

I used BB Smart (Got it before I knew about Empower). I keep the messages in the same folder, but just color coded each one separately so when I open it I know which source (personal or business).

I got Empower and it works great but it also showes me my filed messages as well as what is in my INBOX. Does anyone know of a way to only show the messages in my INBOX? Thanks! This forum is great because I am one step closer to having my mailbox right!

I haven't used Empower MailBox but I know to hide filed messages you go to Messages > Options > General Options and set the Hide Filed Messages to Yes.

Yes I already have that option enabled. It works for my regular mailbox but not the Empowered one.

Actually after your e-mail Jeremy, I realized that that option had gotten changed to view filed messages. Your note made me think to go back and check. Thank you so much for your help. My mailboxes are finally manageable. I was scared to actually have all of my personal e-mails on my balckberry because of the problem of the message box, but now I am going to go for it. I am actually starting to get excited about my blackberry.

The Empower program is definietly worth it. I am definitely going to buy the software after the ten days. It is only $20. Thanks again!
