One of our customer has an issue where they can't view attachments on the their devices and get the error "Attachment Server Not found". Had a quick search in the forum but didn't find anything that looked relevant.
I found the below KBs:
KB20839-Unable to open attachments and "Attachment Server not found" error message is displayed 0 879050435
KB03702-"Attachment server not found" appears during an attempt to open an attachment on the BlackBerry smartphone 0 879050435
None of these apply as the regkey is correct as is local host etc.
It happened to my own server but was fixed by a reboot (I did apply the PDF update before the reboot but it couldn't really have been that as i was having issues with all attachments). I did the same with our customers BES but that didn't work.
Both BES are version 5 SP 2.

I have tried to look for these errors but can't find anything.
i had a look for errors in the MAGT but I couldn't find any errors in there other than MAPIMailbox::OpenMessage - OpenEntry (0x8004010f) failed for one mailbox which I know is to do with permissions but that isn't the user I am testing with and all other users are not getting that error; their devices are working fine for everything else.
Any suggestions as I am at a loss.
