More and more users are reporting this issue and we have tried most solutions.
When rescheduling or cancelling a meeting to a different date from Lotus Notes, the date will change in Lotus Notes but SOMETIMES the change will not replicate through to the BB device.
Are you aware of any calendar replication issues? I wouldnt imagine it's relating to our BES etc as it is only intermittent?

Yes - we have this issue as well. Do the calendar entries have an attachment? I don't have any data to back this theory up - but why some work and some don't is a mystery...
