For some reason i can go online and then it tells me to subscribe I don't know why it does that and i cant get aim to work NEED HELP thanks

How are you trying to go online?

Yeah I just bought it new yesterday there were times when i was able to go online looking at websites and stuff but then in a few hours it would tell me to subscribe and buy the t-mobile web or something like that. for the blackberry data plan, i don't know what that is so idk

On the paper it says i got the FT unlimited Msg, BB Unl Email, 5.99 EQP-Prt Asurion. Should i go to T-mobile and ask whats wrong with it??

You got unlimited e-mail. No web browsing is included in that.

Open the icon labeled Setup Internet E-mail or go to the BlackBerry Internet Web site at Unsupported Browser to set up the e-mail.

The web and e-mail option costs $19.99/month.
