Have you installed. BlackBerry Desktop Manager on your PC with Lotus Notes?

yes i have installed it... when i lauch it, it ask me to log into some server... uses by network id at work as my user id. my company's policy is that you don;t get BES privelege (wireless sync) till u are a senior manager (pretty sad) and I am a newbie...

Uninstall BlackBerry Desktop Manager, since it looks like you installed it using the BES option.
You should then re-install it using the BIS option instead which will allow you to sync your BlackBerry to your local Lotus Notes client.

I have a new BB 8320 and BES. It is set up to sync with lotus Notes calendar. But in the Synchronization preferences, the preference keeps changing to try to sync it to the Blackberry Desktop calendar and thus it will not sync wirelessly with handheld.

Is this a similar problem?
