i'm new to blackberry purchased blackberry 7100t finally got it all set up and somehow i turned the phone profiles off and now the phone won't ring when i get a call. can someone tell me how to turn the profiles back on.

Go into the profiles area and select advanced then edit away...

And welcome to the forums! Watch out for LunkHead....he trolls! Devilish little guy! How you turn on/off profiles depends on the theme you are using. Do you know which theme you have running? If not, look in Options >Themes and see which one is "active."

yes I do, BUT I really like trolling John Clark! Till be bans me that is

when you click on profiles it goes to a phone screen that lists out of holster, tune,volume, no. of beeps and repeat notifications.

where do i look for themes. if its under profiles it won't let me go anywhere. is there a way to set back to default settings

You will want to check all of the setting you just listed.... It's been a while since I played with a 7100...... Make sure everything in the settings looks a-ok

i checked all the settings lunkhead and they seem to be right. i guess there isn't a way to go back to default settings.

You can wipe the device, but make sure you back up contacts and data 1st in DM or sync 1st

If you want to reset the device back to factory default (the way it arrived in the box, then follow this as I am currently helping someone else do the exact same....
