I have a problem and want to find the way out.
I just upgrading my Onyx OS to 500862
and found that all of the chat history was gone.
I've been backup before the upgrade.
Is it possible to recover/retrieve it from the backup file?

Search for an IPD file reader.

If yoiu have a file manager such as FileScout or File Manager Pro installed you can view the history files right on your device. It does not work with the built in file manager/explorer; says it can't open the file.
