Default Verizon? I'm not sure

Please Login to Remove!

So, I've tried T-Mobil for two years, then AT&T for two years. Thought I'd buy another Blackberry and try Verizon. Mistake? I went to their store. Got ignored. I e-mailed Verizon and told them I was ready to buy a Blackberry for me and a Samsung Intensity II for my wife and needed some help because their site didn't answer my questions. Again, I was ignored. Is it my breath? What's up with that? Is business that good for Verizon? In today's economy, I was surprised, to say the least. What do I try next? Any suggestions? Sprint? Got to have another Blackberry. Thanks.

I'VE BEEN W/ SPRINT SINCE '99,,, THEY WERE GOOD (SERVICE WISE), THEN THEY SUCKED, NOW THEY'RE BETTER,,, MY CALL QUALITY IS GREAT,,, TONS OF FREEBIES LIKE FREE CALL & DATA ROAM, FREE CELL TO CELL,ETC,,,I PAY 69.99 FOR THE 450 PLAN BUT THE CURRENT RATE IS 79.99/MO,,, FROM WHAT I'VE SEEN IF YOU GO VERIZON BE PREPARED TO PAY MORE & CALL THEM EVERY MONTH TO HAVE ERRONEOUS FEES REMOVED FROM YOUR BILL,,, I'D SAY YOUR CURRENT EXPERIENCE SPEAKS VOLUMES...

Try the one that has the best service where you plan to use it - where you live, work, travel and play.

Correct. Use the carrier that works the best in your area. But I wouldn't say VZW is bad at all. I have had them for over 9 years and they have been nothing but great. They always work were others don't for me.
