Default BB support phone number

I'm frustrated and disappointed that I spent 20 minutes on BlackBerry.com website and I still couldn't find a single phone number or email address for tech support. Is this normally how BB support their customers?

BlackBerry doesn't normally provide tech support. It's supposed to be through the cell provider. What sort of issues are you having?

You will only be able to obtain support direct from RIM under very specific circumstances;

1. Your log your issue with your carrier, and if they cannot resolve it, they will escalate it to RIM.

2. You purchased your device direct from RIM

3. You purchased a tech support contract from RIM

4. You pay for tech support on a per-call basis, providing your CC # before speaking to them.

I see. My colleague purchased her BB Curve from Sprint provider. So that means I should contact Sprint about her Address Book synch error message (posted in 8300 series forum) then.

Thanks! If no one in here is able to resolve the error I posted about this error, then I'll sure contact Sprint.

There's a Contact Us link at the bottom of every page that takes you to a page listing the support options.
