Hey guys, i've been getting this from time to time, where i open an email on my handheld (bes) and click reply, type in my message, and then go to the menu to send, but theres no send option in the menu! All i can do is save the draft! Anyone else have this problem before? Even a user that works in my company, sent me an email and i tried replying but i didnt have the option to send! However on other emails, i can send fine... it's weird... anyone know what the problem could be or experienced this before?

Maybe try to re-send the service books? Possible fix? Not familer with the BES system. So sorry this is really all the help I can provide, but hey it might work!

I had this happen once. I think I just removed the battery and put it back in and when the device rebooted it worked fine.
