RESOLVED:

Need to explicitly define Disallow Third Party Application Downloads = NO

Was left at default value which apparently is a lie.

BES Admin here,

I'm playing with secure profiles and some how somewhere i am disallowing the downloading of applications.

i.e. GMAIL app for BB click download/install and get:

The IT Policy does not allow downloading this application

Where in BES 5.X admin console would i find the location for this policy element?

Can't seem to locate it.
