i heard to fix the call failed problem if i changed the imei number it will work any ideas how to do this thank you

Who is telling you that? They have no clue what they are talking about... as others have said (1) you cannot change the IMEI for your phone, and (2) IMEI has NOTHING to do with call quality or dropped calls.

It's like saying of your car won't start, try changing the VIN.

Did you "find" the device somewhere? Carriers are able to blacklist IMEIs from their network, if they were reported as stolen.
