Hey, I am a NOOB and for some reason my outlook still will not forward my email to my blackberry. Is there some setting I am missing??

My outlook is messed up to I think there was an error when I installed it or something.

If you happen to change a password on outlook or other pop mail, then you need to go back into redirect and update the status.

IF you are using BIS and not on a BES, don't have a dedicated machine that outlook is running on 24/7 then you should NOT be using redirect.

1. You need to install the DM for BIS and not redirect use only.
2. Go into the webclient and set up your pop3 email address as the "send-from" and enter your PIN/EMEI to set up your handheld.
3. If you can go into your mail server, you should forward a copy of your email from as many accounts as you like to your addy which will give you almost instant email or use the webclient from your provider to set up your pop3 email which will poll about every 10-15 minutes.
4. Go into the webclient and send the service books.
5. Use your DM to sync up your contacts/notes/calendar only.
