Here's a little excerpt from a car forum I'd posted on about working on my car, etc...and happening to leave my phone on the car and going for a drive:
Some S4 mod reinstalls and maintenance this week - Tripleplate.com
Thanks go to awesome build quality and the BB silicone case!

You go for a drive, have oliver drive it...you take turn, you hear clunk.
Then you look in the side view mirror. You see your white silicone covered phone! You yell, Oliver STOP. STOP...you open the door, and proceed to exit the S4TUNED while it's still in motion.
You watch traffic approach from around the corner. You hope they see your phone, or you see it first while you're sprinting towards it, while fully greasy, covered in dirt, etc..looking like a monster sprinting towards nothing (seemingly nothing).
Then you hear a pop patta pop pop pop..and you see an eclass mercedes' front tire pop up your phone after running over it. You gasp and make guttural noises as if a driving cone is getting rammed up your anus. You continue sprinting after you catch your breath. You notice another pickup truck coming in teh same direction. This time, you're prepared. You begin to cover your mouth as yet another car decides to drive over your beautiful piece of technology known to laymen as a blackberry 8830, and what do you know? They run it over, the phone pops in the air, bounces it around, etc...
The last car, he cares for you. He sees your anguish. He swerves.
You arrive to retrieve your phone. It's still lit. You don't notice a crack or anything. You pick it up, you notice tire tread on the silicone case...a couple scratches...but whatdya know..it's functional and fully intact!!!!
My phone just aged 1 year in scratches in 1 minute, but it's still alive! I now can not cover it for it no longer matters. I guess I can look forward to the day it fully breaks and I replace it with insurance.
