We just got a BES server last week. Since my director did not want to have a test user and the COO made the choice that he will be our tester(bad choice).

Right now i am stuck on why he can not get any email since sat afternoon. The only thing that was change is that i had to reboot the server for MS patches. I have tried to send the service books to but did not get any alert that it has received. Can anyone point me in the right direction on what i should start with?

What server did you reboot?

Did you reboot BES after the server you ran patches on?

Did you make sure your SRP is running and all the services are running?
