If you're asking if they will charge you for tethering internet from your phone to your PB I would have to say no because they cant subject charges to tethered internet to one device. At the same time im not very clear of the situation so its best if you just give them a call!

Yes, Sprint charges for tethering whether it's the PlayBook or a computer.

If you are using the BlackBerry Bridge (which typically is slower than tethering) then there is no additional charge.

Note that "unlimited data" applies to data on your BlackBerry not to any devices using a tethered connection.
