You say you deleted WLM and then reinstalled?
If you have done everything discussed and it still isn't working, then there is something going on that I don't understand.
If you were on a different carrier then I would suspect the carrier is blocking it. But not tmobile. And I tried WLM and had no trouble with it. (But I have since deleted it because I wasn't using it.)
If no one else responds soon with the answer, I suggest calling tmobile customer support. When you get the automated greeting, say Blackberry. See if they have any ideas. Odds are against it, but who knows.
The only other idea I have, if WLM is really important to you, is first do a security wipe and delete 3rd party apps. Then just download WLM first, before you do anything else, and see if it works. Then restore your data, and then add other apps one at a time. Another, more thorough measure would be to wipe the OS with JL_CMDER, then reinstall the OS and proceed with testing WLM, restoring data, and adding your other 3rd party apps. That's a real pain, I know. I hope someone has better ideas.
