Hi All,

I've been asked to produce some reports on the emails that a specific user has been sending from their RIM device. Is there a utility that I can use to report on BES stats sush as number of emails sent, recipient of emails etc?

Take a look at the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit. With Historical Statistics you can get the number of sent/received message per users but not recipients.

For a broad count of emails sent, open BlackBerry Manager, click on the user and the information in the bottom half of the screen will show you a "Sent Messages" count.

This is the total number of messages the user has sent from their BB device since being added to the BES.
