Seems like every 15 days or so, my Telenav service stops working and I get a "Your account has expired" message. I'm assuming this problem is related to my split billing, as everything else seems to be.

Does anyone else have a similar situation? If so, what's the workaround? I'm quite sick of explaining to Sprint that my Blackberry does, in fact, have data service.

i use it but pay for it through telenav so i dont have a problem

That's what I should've done.

So what's the secret? Is there some secret code word I'm not using? It's so hard to get someone w/ half a brain over at Sprintel these days (took 2 hrs and 3 phone calls to get a Blackberry correctly activated.)

my telenav is billed through Nextel and ive never had any problems with it....

i have telenav too and love it. havent had any issues with it expiring. could it be that you signed up for the free trial? if you are having issues getting through to someone at sprintel try telenav direct at 888-353-6284. they may need your user name and password which is usually your phone number(user name) and last 4 digets of your phone number(password). hope this helps. good luck

I didn't sign up for the trial. I've had it since September (though, Nextel shows it being added on Oct 7th.) I was driving from Nashville to Baltimore when it stopped working. Right about the time I actually needed it to help me find a route. I get the pop-up that says "Your account has expired. Please call 1-88-TELENAV4. So I look down at my Blackberry... and spent the next 10 minutes trying to drive and picture a real phone pad in my head so I could translate the letters into a usable phone number.
