I've had a bb for years and have never had a problem like this. I cant open my email attachments. I dont see the paperclip on the message, but i do see the attachment under the subject line. When I highlight the attachment and click the trackwheel i dont get the option to open said attachment! Can anyone help?

is the attachment viewing software installed? look under applications

what type of file are you trying to view? I have no problems with .xls, .jpg, etc...
newbie with a 7100i for two months.

I had a similar problem after removing and reinstalling everything. I fixed it by sending new service books.
