As long as you have plenty of time to waste on the phone:
- TeleNav will not allow you to cancel via their web-based account manager!
- Tier 1 CSRs cannot process a cancellation request!
- By the time I waited on hold for my call to be escalated to someone who could take action, 35 minutes had elapsed!
