A week or so ago i asked how to get rid of the sound each time a email came to my phone and was very quickly helped.. Now i would like to get rid of the yahoo account i have set to my phone as i get notifications each time a email comes through but i don't use the internet on my phone as i am scared of a huge bill!

So. the question is
How do i take yahoo mail off my 9320 please? x

Ok. i googled what BIS means...

i am in my set up folder and see the email account i need deleting but which button do i press to delete? i have tried the 8dots next to the main enter button but get SWITCH APPLICATION and CLOSE..

That is the BlackBerry logo on the menu button.

Highlight the account you want to delete. Press the trackpad once. Select the Delete (red X) option.

it is highlighted but cannot delete no cross or anything edited to add i only have the 1 email address on my phone

I have done all this i found online but it will not go, i've done it all step by step.

the email box does highlight but that is all it does i click the centre key but nothing happens????

Have you tried logging into your BIS account and deleting the email account?

I'm talking about the BIS website for your carrier. You can manage your BIS email accounts from any computer.

Not all carriers support this anymore.

Could someone please EXPLAIN in very plain english how on earth i get to my bis on my computer then please?
