Its been on for four months now and hard/soft resets dont take it off.

According to Orange UK, BB have released a fix for voicemail icons that stay on after receiving a voice message in the USA but I cant find it anywhere on the BB website - can anybody help with this?

It's likely included in an OS update....the trick is knowing which one as they rarely ever give out release notes.

I had this problem with on Orange UK on my Nokia e61!!!

i called them up and they fixed it for me, basically they told me to take out my battery and put my sim in another Phone and call voice mail or something, cant quite remember.
