Default Where to buy a 2GB MicroSD in Canada?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there.

Are there recommendations where I should by a 2GB microSD card in Canada? I'm in Calgary, so I am looking more for online retailers with decent deals and good shipping to CA. I don't think many places carry a 2GB locally...

Thanks.

T-mobile have a bug on their 8100. It can only recognize up to 1GB. If you have another carrier, than you should not have any problems.

Yeah, I'm in Canada - so no Tmob. That bug isn't exclusive to them, BTW. My provider at a certain firmware revision has that issue as well. Luckily, I'm past that rev.

Check at Tiger Direct or Canada Computers they both have some good deals.

I've purchased from both those sites in the past. They also have pretty low price for shipping.

NCIX dot com is pretty good too - located in Vancouver and flat-rate shipping.

I acquired a 2 GB at the Wireless Wave store in an Ottawa shopping centre. It works perfectly on Rogers.

Default 2GB microSD

I got a SanDisk 2 GB microSD from a Seller on Ebay for about $40.00 including shipping. I am sure you could find a reutable (i.e. lots of positive feedbacks) Ebay seller that will ship to Canada.

I was all set to go buy a 2G for my Pearl but I'm told I need OS 6.4 to run the 2G card. What OS is your Pearl running?
