Default blackBerry defective

Please Login to Remove!

I purchased a Blackberry May 15,2008 It has been 13 months and now that the waranty is over so is the phone.
I took a 3 year plan With the BB pearl and i was told by BB customer service too bad. very frustrating when operating a business
Here are a list of phone defects: Scroll not working, when someone calls the answer or any other buttons will not work and this happen 3 times when i was talking to customer service, the camera suddenly starts tacking pictures without even touching the phone.
But here is the number one reason why i don't suggest to by a BlackBerry
They have NO REPAIR CENTER they would change your phone up to 12 month from date of purchase after that your burnt s
so now im going to go and purchase a $131.00 phone and make sure Jim Balsillie has no finacial interest in the new phone.
but i hope he gets the team back in Canada

you must be having some terrible luck with your bb! i had a pearl for 1.5 years and i was supppeeerrr happy with it! the trackball did stop working for a while, but i got that fixed by my service provider (vodafone) for no extra cost! and this was after the warranty was over. the default side buttons are set to voice dialling and camera so you must be pressing it or it might be getting pressed. that's not a big deal?

maybe you are a bit rough on your bb.. shame, i loved my pearl when i had it!
