Loss of radio connection
Please Login to Remove!
When I try to make a call from my address book using my BlackBerrry Pearl, I get a message - Radio is off - Restore connection.
If I restore, I can make the call, however it keeps going back to Radio is off status.
My phone does not ring when I tried calling it. As soon as I dial the number, my voice mail picks up.

Yep - that's it - when the battery gets very low, it shuts off the radio. Only way to fix this is to charge the battery.

Is this verified by the icon on screen or Options - status - and the battery percentage?
I asked, because perhaps the icon is showing full charge, when it hasnt.
Also, in your profile, where is says OS it means of your device. i.e. 4.6.0.162
Also pearl, comes in 4 varieties: 8100, 8110, 8120, 8130, please input the correct model number.

also, Options, Status show battery at 100%. Signal shows radio off

You may be done. My Pearl was doing this...went through the battery pull, wipe, reload OS, and....nothing worked.
Replacement of the device is the only thing that will fix it.
