The company I work for has user spread all over the world and we host their accounts centrally. Now some users in Yemen would like to get a BlackBerry but as far as I know, blackberry services are not offered in that country.

Does anyone know whether there is a page somewhere on the BlackBerry web site where they keep an up to date list of countries where BB service is available and countries where it isn't.

That depends on if any carrier in Yemen has a RIM contract. If not try the neighbour countries, for example check this out:
