I'm trying to load a program with the application loader on the desktop software on my T-Mobile 8320. When I open the App Loader and click next it gives me this message:

"The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the compuer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator".

I did do a device switch wizard transfer from an unlocked AT&T 8300. Everything seemed to tranfer fine. But I can't load any 3rd party apps. The old AT&T BB connects just fine and the App Loader will work with that one...but not the new T-Mobile 8320.

Please help!!!

The Handheld software for the 8320 has not been released yet. Until it is, you will not be able to load third party devices.

It would be nice if T-Mobile put the software up today.

you can stil install OTA apps but not apps through desktop manager correct?

Correct, OTA works just fine.

T-Mo has released the OS (go to their website!). App Loader should work fine now.

Have you tried this? It may not pick up the apps you're trying to transfer but it's worth a try. Also, be sure you're using the latest Desktop Manager from here.
