You can download any carriers device OS, as long as you delete the vendor.xml file.

What he mean, when we go on TMO site to download the OS, before the download, we have to enter a phone number to get to the download section..

yes, but if you cant get a t-mobile version, use another carriers version, that you can get in the latest Os thread in this forum.
