transfer contacts FROM blackberry

Okay, I just got a new phone and I don't want to transfer the contacts TO the blackberry, I want to transfer the contacts FROM the blackberry. I dont have any of the software or anything that came with the phone, as it was purchased used. I just got a new PDA and I would like to transfer my contacts. I can get them to sync up via bluetooth, I just can't transfer the contacts. I have looked in the forum, but i can only find posts about transfering TO the blackberry. Thank you very much for your help.
