You need to go to Options->Bluetooth and then go to Device Properties for your headset. Set Trusted to Yes and it won't ask for confirmation each time.

Hope that helps!

Default Redirector Messages

I have a user who is continuously getting the RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87 fe-00600811c6a2 message in his Outlook mailbox. I know this is normally the message received when using the Desktop redirector, but his mail is routed through our BES. He does have the Desktop manager loaded on his laptop, but with out the redirector.

When he first installed it he did install the app so that it did have the redirector, but has since modified the installation so this is not an option any more. Could having first installed it have something to do with his problem?

Try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
