Hi. Let us face it, we all love our Blackberries. I have an 7290 and a 8300. In fact I'm looking to add an 8820 or an 8900 to my collection. But while I like the new shinny, more apps, wi-fi capable berries I can't help but be obsessed with the older models especially the 7290's. Am I the only one?

I have a 7230, 7130g, and 7290 in addition to my 8707g, 8320, and 9000.

The 7290/7250/7520 were capable and to the point. They worked well without all the niceties of today's phones.

In a corp environment I don't see any reason why they can't be used still.

Ah, to still have that 1970 Camaro Z/28! LT1 engine, M22 "Rock Crusher" transmission, 11:1 compression. Those were the days!

As far as classic BlackBerrys go, I can't bear to part with my 7105t. I'm even with a CDMA carrier now, so it's really useless to me as anything but a pre-paid phone, but yet it remains in my collection.
