I had to swap my standerard SIM to Micro SIM in order shift from 9780 to z10, problem is when i start the device to startup first time setup, it just halt at the agreement page and then popup "unable to connect to network, change settings and try again" although the device status is connected to mobile network successfully, is it a device problem or a network problem, appreciate any help guys

Did you purchase the device in Egypt? Also, you will need to switch to a regular data plan (not BlackBerry-specific) in order to use the Z10.

no i got from UAE but its unlocked, and i did not swtich it to regular plan, do i have to?

I would try switching plans. BB10 does not require a special plan, so that may be messing things up.
