Hi,

Read pleanty on the subject of one way sync, however it seems its normally an issue going from the deivce to outlook, however mine is the other way round, from outlook to the device.

Mail works fine, as does reconciliation etc etc, in fact everything appears to work ok, when this 1 user creates a calendar entry on the handheld it goes to outlook fine, just not the other way round.

It appears that the calendar entries are being sent (i can't be 100% on this however 30 secs or so after creating one the data arrows flash on the deivce)

Using BES Server version 4.1.4.15
Exchange 2000 SP3
Device 8310

If your BES is on a Seperate machine have installed the SP3 to patch the Exchange management Tools. This sounds like the CDO.dll is not the same version or newer than Exchange itself.

If the Exchange SP has not been run on the BES Server then run this, it will only patch what it detects.
