I bought my BlackBerry a few months ago so I could go on vacation without having to carry my laptop. I was all excited with what I could make it do (great sales people at Wireless by eAcces, btw) BUT I have not found the darn time to move beyond just phone and basic email. I have been on this board some today and downloaded a new, louder ringtone - thank you again! But I really want to start utilizing more of the BlackBerry functionality. I know, I know start with the FAQs and I am....

Anyway, I am a shameful newbie but I am serious about moving beyond this stage ...maybe even understanding why I would want to update the OS someday
