I am trying to register BIS with Tmobile and i am haveing a problem with their website.
It allows me to enter the PIN and IMEI number but at the next screen when i add a user name and password i get a message saying an error has occured please try again later.
Do you have another username that you could try that you would find acceptable? Double check the characters allowed in both the username and password fields too.... If all of that checks out, it sounds like its a legitimate website issue of some kind....
@tarkuk,sounds like a new account you have,therefore it seems you do not have an active Blackberry subscription.Give T-Mobile a call on 150 or use the 'My T-Mobile' site to check your account profile.
