Can I set it up through BIS to poll, or do I have to use the redirector and leave my desktop running 24/7?

BIS will work with iNotes (last I tried... which was when it first launched). I've since moved over to a BES and that has been amaizing. Talk about tight integration. It may not be an option for you but it's a beautiful thing.
