Default Anyone have the Springclip for the bold?

Please Login to Remove!

Looking to see if anyone can tell me if they have noticed any wear and tear on the bezel and outer portion of their bold like I've gone through with my clip from ATT which isn't even an aftermarket product.

I emailed seidio to see what they have to say about what they have seen since releasing it....

Maybe ATT's was just a poor design but my curve besides my backdoor being ruined by myself, looks awful.

Either way, those spring clips, for me, are thee best ones to have. Always easy and a snap to keep the phone and get to it.

Thanks all.... J

Had the bold since it came out and been using the seidio spring clip since it was released on it. No wear on the metal surround bezel at all. And yes after a week my curve started showing signs of wear. This has been months now on the bold and no issues.

No wear on my Bold either and I have had it since release. I did get wear on my Curve but Seidio added a little rubber piece to the clip for this version which seems to have helped.

thanks a lot for the quick response you two! That's so helpful.

Well, I guess I'll give the clip a try from siedio and the minute I think i see something I'm going to get in touch with them. I would like to hear back from them first before placing my order, I did email them over weekend.

My curve is beat up badly but it WASN'T a seidio product that did it oddly enough. That makes it even worse if you ask me, since I got it in a local ATT store.

Thanks again!

Wirelessly posted

IMHO, the Seidio spring clip holster is fantastic if that is the style you are going after, and they seem to be a good company.

Thanks for the experience. I really though most were going to report that the same curve issue was going on. So I'm happy and surprised. I can't stand clips like the one that is included, although, the curve came with NOTHING, as we all recall! Grrrr. So, I should stop myself in my tracks.

Have a few other questions now that I've finally upgraded again, thanks for the help.

Have not heard back from them . . . unfortunate.

Anyone know if I get it from blackberryden.com along with my charging pod if seidio will still act on the item (if it happens to wear on my bold or the likes) as if it were ordered directly from them?

Want to get this order in already, grrrrrrr
