For the last 2 or 3 days, I've been unable to get on the internet, the browser won't open. It starts loading and verrrry slowly gets all the way to the end, and then it just sits there. What a pain in the rear end. What is up with this??

Have you tried a hard reset? That is, with the blackberry powered on, remove the battery for about 30 seconds. Do that and try again. See what happens.

I haven't done that, but I do the alt-control-delete thing to reboot it. So I should try taking the battery out? Ok, I'll give it a shot, thank you.

The alt-caps-delete does fix a lot of issues. But the hard reset is the gold standard for correcting weird behavior, and it is the thing to do before trying other things.
