For some reason I can't access my BB email account through the computer. Everything works fine but I want to add a few filters. Each time I go to the site I use to do these tasks I get the message

The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider.

Any ideas? This happened when I followed blackberry.com to VZW's site also...

There has been some talk with the new 29.99 blackberry pricing from VZW that you will no longer be able to access the BIS web site. Just a thought.

Do you mean that they may take that feature from us? I access the BIS website and have the $30 plan.

I'm not at my computer but I was able to logon on my BB.

Yeah - anyone having trouble with this, I would recommend maybe deleting cookies and attempting to access the page again.

I suggested that to someone last night and I don't think it helped them. But I will say this method has worked for the issue in the past!
