hi guys,
i just got a new verizon mobile blackberry.
my route calls are not on a spesific company, i have a special program also i have internet only there is a wi-fi!
and because this ia a verizon cell i don't have a sim card!...

so i tried to download whatsapp and it worked! the problen is when i need to put mu number...then it says - " unexpected error java.io.ioexception failed to transmit"

plz help me!

You will not be able to download WhatsApp without a BlackBerry Data plan, which you will only get from a mobile service provider.

In what country are you located?

And please indicate the model number, not name of the BB in your profile. That info helps when you have a problem.

hey! first thanks for the response! and now i'm in California. what is it " a BlackBerry Data plan" and how can i get it?

and btw my mm model number is 9300 but i'm not sure!

As you are in the United States, please visit a Verizon store and ask for a BlackBerry data plan to be activated on your account. It is needed for your device to function properly.

i don't get what u saying, when there is wi-fi i have internet! i can go google, facebook, youtube and whatever i want!

so now i'm with wireless because the wi-fi but i can't go whatsapp...

why is that? tnx!
