BlackBerry 9700 doesn't navigate, looking for mail in repair shop

I searched google for a repliable shopt o send my device in, but want to get real opinions first, I dont want my blackberry shipped back to me in pieces..I've read some terrible reviews.
I kind live in the boonies so i need a place that does mail in but doesn't take weeks. Preferrably in Canada. Help!
