Default 8700 internals

Not sure if anyone posted anything like this before. But, I tend to reverse eng devices for fun. I was wondering if anyone opened up their 8700 yet? Anyone have pictures? I was wondering if it would be possible to add a SD slot. I have a feeling you can.

My latest project is for the Nintendo wii. Http://www.openwii.org

I appreciate some feedback.

Thanks,

J.

And how would you propose adding hardware and software support to a device the CIA was unable to crack through disassembly?

What you call a challenge, I call a lost cause.
But hey, it's not my time to waste right...

Well, the 4.2 os has SD support. I would think if there was a way to wire a SD card it would be able to access it. Just an idea.

Not saying *add* support.

8100/8800 has the support. 8700 does not. It's not simply a manner of copy a couple drivers over and soldering a contact to the board. BlackBerry is rock solid for security.

I agree they are solid. But, it may just be a contact. *shrug*

Just wanted to see if anyone had dissas pictures of 8800/8700. I only own a 8700 and I plan to take it apart over the weekend.
