Default switched off

Please Login to Remove!

when i take a photo and using the flash my phone is switching off and it does not work till i remove the battery and put it back

and also i have deleted the icon of blackberry messenger while it was in my pocket by mistake and i receive messages but when i look for the icon , nothing exist
i deleted it and re install it from the apps world , and nothing happened.

so please if any one can help me

I would suspect the battery on the first issue. How long have you been using that particular battery?

On the other, make sure the icon isn't just hidden.

when i search it appears in shadow icon
is that what you mean by hidden

Sounds like it... If you select Show All and it appears, and then disappears when you disable Show All, then enable Show All again, highlight the icon, and disable Hide.

Borrow a battery if you can, just to test.

If you buy a battery, get a genuine BlackBerry battery, and buy from a reputable source.

Highlight the icon that is hidden. Open the menu. You will perhaps see Hide with a checkmark, or Unhide Icon. If the former, click and do whatever to remove the check; if the latter, simply click on Unhide Icon. If you don't see either of those, you will see something, just scroll up and down in the menu to find what you have to do to unhide the icon.
