in the manual it says for changing the default volume

Menu > Options > General Options > Default Volume > Menu > Save

the problem is i don't have a General Options listing. There is an Advanced Options and other settings, but no General.

I don't think i've done anything to delete the setting, but it's possible i guess. Any suggestions appreciated.

Dumb question here. but I have the same issue. I can bring up Options then It gives me a whole list (Including Advanced Options) but no General Options. Not sure about the whole hitting send button (Which button is that anyway?).

you can either press the Green key or just go to your call log, press Menu and then choose Options
