Default My scroll ball isn't working.

I got a blackberry bold like three months ago and this morning the scroll ball stopped working. I can scroll and type but I can't click anything with the ball. Anyone know what's wrong with it? It may have gotten wet. How can I fix it?

try taking it into at&t and see if they can clean it for you or pop the track ball out to see if there is anything lodged under it.

if they used it while their hands were wet, it would have gotten the trackball wet.

And it would have gotten wet had it been dunked in a sink or toilet, too. Vastly different scenarios with potentially different outcomes. So now we have to start asking the question "HOW wet MIGHT your phone have gotten?"...

very true. i just assumed from their post that they meant their trackball was the only thing that had gotten wet but now that i think about it i realize that may not be the case
