Default BES 4.1 - release date?

Please Login to Remove!

Just curious if anyone has heard any sort of rumors floating around as to the release date since the January 2006 'rough estimate' has passed by the wayside. I know that some beta testers have said that it should be nearing completion for RTM but that there were still bugs being fixed on a daily/weekly basis (cannot recall the exact wording). Any beta testers or RIM employees care to make any best guesstimate or educated predictions?

I'm not a beta tester but I was told by a RIM employee Feb 28 as the release date but in the same breath was told it could always get moved back.

I have asked this question a number of times to my rep. The answer has been "Early to Mid March" each and every time over the last 2 months.

I've been beta testing for quite a while. Right now the target is end of Feb./early March, but I'm not holding my breath.

I've been beta testing since November, and it all looks good, but RIM recently supplied CAL updates with 150+ days validity...so I'm not holding my breath. Officially we've been told beta is extended until Feb 28th, and RIM people have mentioned March/April as likely RTM dates...

Just speaking to the tsupport guy I had on the phone the other day he said "...probably at least another month but don't hold your breath."

So maybe sometime in March IS a good timeframe to expect this then based upon the other posts here.

From you (and others testing), I have a question: is roles-based administration still "in" the product?

If memory serves me correctly, it was to have been in v4.0 (somewhere - maybe not in the original release but in a SP) and ended up being dropped.
